Grits w/ 1 T. brown sugar

Lunch
Leftover steamed broccoli mixed with leftover grilled mushrooms, tomatoes and onions

Dinner
Red beans and brown rice
Deviled egg
a few baby carrots and celery sticks

Snacks
Corn on the cob
